7 July 2025 … I went to see my doctor last week for the latest flu jab AND for a politics and sport chat over a long lunch 🤗. It’s 2.5 years since I consulted him on a medical matter! I feel good about that.
Length of time on 95% carnivore … 2 yrs 10 months.
